Product Return Policy

Unopened software

• There will be no charge for unopened software returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.
• Credit will only be given after we receive the returned copy of the software and manuals we shipped to you.
• You cannot return unopened software if 30 or more days have elapsed since the date of purchase.

Opened software

• There is no return or trade-in for opened software.

Our goal is to process all orders within one business day of receipt. You will be contacted within two business days if we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order.
